Delivery information
All orders are processed in Vilnius.
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Our working hours are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
If an item you ordered is not in stock, we will:
- inform you as soon as possible, and
- either issue a full refund immediately, or
- provide an estimated production time if the item can be made.
Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed, so please make sure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
We deliver worldwide.
Shipping costs & methods
Shipping costs are paid by the Buyer and added at checkout.
In Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia, delivery is made to pick-up points. You can choose your preferred location during checkout.
Delivery by courier (DHL, DPD, UPS, etc.) within EU countries costs €20, except: Malta, Cyprus, and Turkey – €35.
Shipping to other countries is available upon request.
Buyer bears all the taxes and customs duties imposed by the destination country and associated with customs procedures.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Please note:
- Delivery time and cost may vary depending on the destination country.
- Delivery may take longer during public holidays, due to logistics issues, or force majeure circumstances.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.Test
