Returns

We want you to be happy with your Tobula purchase. If something is not right, you can return your item in line with the rules below.   

The return of goods takes place in accordance with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania 2014 July 22d. by resolution no. 738 (Official Gazette, 2014, No. 2014-10565).

Refunds are issued only to the original payer’s bank account.

Return period

You may return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery by completing the return form.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: 

• All original tags must be attached
• No signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage
• Original packaging must be included

We cannot accept returns for items that:

• have been worn, used, washed, or damaged
• have missing tags

Return shipping

The Buyer is responsible for returning the goods using a post office or courier of their choice.

Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer.

Shipping costs are only covered by us if:

• the item is defective, or
• the wrong item was delivered

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days and send a confirmation email.

If the item was purchased at a discounted price, the refunded amount will match the price paid (after discount).

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes

Shipping and handling fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT are non-refundable.

Important: fabric characteristics

Some features are natural characteristics of high quality fabrics and are not considered defects. These include:

• Natural irregularities and slubs in linen, wool, and silk.
• Light fuzz or softness in cashmere, alpaca, mohair, and certain wools.
• Variations in thread thickness or slub effects in tweed, bouclé, linen, and fine suiting fabrics.
• Shade shifts depending on lighting or angle in velvet, silk, viscose, and metallic fabrics.
• Slight color differences between fabric batches, especially in natural or manually dyed materials.
• Textures that naturally look “alive”, such as the creased effects of crêpe, gentle linen wrinkles, or soft folds of viscose.

These characteristics are part of the fabric’s nature and are not grounds for return.
